I am trying to build a chart in InfoAssist from a report I've created, and I get the following error:


Code: 2043 Type: xPropertiesQuery
unable to retrieve chart container(IA_200317_175620-1)

I am using and joining multiple hold files within this report. Additionally, we recently upgraded to 8206 and this report contains some FORECAST_SEASONAL and STDDEV functions, which were unavailable in our previous version.
Not sure if those might attribute to the error.

Please advise.

Does this report produce an HTML output? If so, we should probably look at the GRAPH portion after you HOLD the output because the error you are describing seems to be coming from GRAPH FILE....

The only hits I get for this error on techsupport are for version 7.7 from years ago. I don't see any GRAPH FILE posted here? Can you reproduce this with any of the IBI sample files?

I was able to fix the error by creating a chart from the hold file rather than create a chart from the hold report. Thank you for the assistance.
