I was wondering if anyone knows or understand the inner working of RA. I have one person in our team who's unable to execute any RA reports. He's getting the generic message "Your request did not produce a report. Please contact your Resource Analyzer administrator and have the name of the report, the server, the date range set ..." 3 of my other co-workers are able to execute the RA reports without any problems. I'm puzzled as to why he's not able to do so. I thought it would be a java client issue but it's not.
The issue was that the date filter was out of range for the report. It's still a mystery to me as to why the others were able to execute the RA reports with specify any data filters.
