I search the files examples as CARS, WF_RETAIL_LITE, or GGSALES.

If they are not already installed open your WF Reporting Server Console.
Then go to Applications and right click on Application Directories.
Select Tutorials and from the Tutorial drop down list select "Create Legacy Sample Tables and Files". This will generates the CAR, GGSALES, etc files.
Select "WebFOCUS - Retail Demo" for WF_RETAIL

The sample files are created from the WebFOCUS Reporting Server Console. If you have access to this, log in, click on New, Tutorials and you'll get a screen that allows you to create Retail Demo. Also, if you want CAR, you need to run Create Legacy Sample Tables and Files listed in the bottom of the drop down list.
