In App Studio, Create a New Report and click the FORMAT tab (3rd tab from the left) then click Output Format button's down arrow and you'll see Styled Report, Unstyled and DBMS HOLD formats. To pick the AS name, go to the Destination button to pick a name. This generates an:
ON TABLE HOLD AS abc FORMAT xyz.
