I need to create a report that is form, so I used Heading and Footing, the only problem is how can you get multiple records in the heading.
The table that I am joining is one-to-many, so the one field could have many records to be displayed in the heading.

Any ideas?

Either PRINT the fields as columns instead of using a HEADING

or

Use a SUBHEAD to show information specific to each record.

Thanks!

Mickey

Yes. You can't get multiple records into a heading. That is what goes in the body. Put your common field values into the heading / footing and the individual records in your print/sum statement. There are probably a few ways to make things appear like you want them to including a compound report.

Your question was pretty general without any data or output examples, so it's hard to answer more than that. Also, please update your signature/profile with your version and platform information so form users can tailor their answers beterr to your environment.

Regards,

Darin
