The "Portals" link on the tool bar is a great thing to have.
My question is: Is there a link, URL, which will pull that up the "Portals Page" directly?
That way, we can provide a link to that "Portals Page", instead of a link to any specific portal which has, or should have, "Portals' in the tool bar.

We ended up building our own with a bit of js and an ajax call with "/ibi_apps/loadfolder.bip?BIP_REQUEST_TYPE=BIP_LOAD_FOLDER&folder=/BIP/Portals&whichTree=portal"
