KameshReport Caster question
Hi,
We schedule an report to our external customer. It didn't distributed to him and getting the following error
"unable to distribute to abc@abc.com;550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for abc@abc.com "
Not sure what may be the problem. In other cases, we have three reports in one schedule. The customer got 2 reports but not the third one. Other customers in the same company got all the 3 reports.
I donno whether it's the probelm with Report Caster settings or SMTP settings.
Anybody run in to this issue before, Please let me know. Your input will be more helpful for me to find a solution.

"We added a virtual smtp server address to the Exchange Server for the IP
address of Report Caster. After that, emails were passed through."
