Is there a way to code a constant in HTML I want to pass a '2' to a fex & variable that has a default of '1', Only when the fex is called from a particular hyperlink image.
You could have an INPUT control of TYPE=hidden that has a value of 1 and then on the A HREF for the image call a JavaScript function that resets this value to 2 before submitting the form.
Alternatively you could have the -DEFAULT &Variable = 1 in your fex and in your HTML have the INPUT control with an attribute of disabled=1 and a value of 2, then in your JavaScript function you could reset the disabled attribute to equal 0.
Serveral other ways of doing this but if your JavaScript is basic then one of the above two methods will probably suit you best.
