I have a PDF report which should display 20 records. When run by itself, it displays all but when included in a compound report, it displays only 13 and gives an alert box saying PDF cannot be displayed as there is an error.
I shortlisted on 1 record which is creating problem and 1 field (user comments data) in that record which could have corrupt data. It looks normal but there could be something hidden. How to debug this or fix this?
Please suggest.

You have a compound report, so you need to debug each of the individual reports. The first thing to do is run each in HTML format, then view source and look for errors or formatting messages.
I have not had the experience of finding bad data when running a compound PDF report, so I'm not sure why you see 20 rows when non-compound, but only 13 when compound - perhaps one of the other reports in the compound report also has formatting errors.
The best thing to do is to ensure there is no corrupt data - which are you reading: DBMS tables, FOCUS databases or flat files?
