We are scheduling WebFOCUS 8 reports in EXL07 format. It sends corrupted excel sheet when there is no data. When data is available, we could see report in excel. But in case of no data, we get mail with 1KB excel file and on trying to open it pop ups a dialog saying excel sheet is corrupted. In same cases, we get error message with TABLE FILE not found.
Any help on how to debug would be appreciated.

I checked with the Product Manager and if there were truly no data then ReportCaster would say ‘No report to Distribute’ and would not send a corrupted Excel file. It sounds like a problem in the scheduled fex.
