Alert Wizard in RC has pretty bad documentation.
They say 'if the test is true...', and they say 'you must use ON TABLE HOLD'...but only if you're a green-sreener can you guess that the TEST they're talking about is the number of lines returned by the 'test' fex you write, 0 or non-zero. It would help if the documentation would spell that out clearly.
