Is there a theoretical or practical limit to the number of report document that can be inserted into document composer? I seem to have hit a limit of 30This message has been edited. Last edited by: Geoff Fish,
No no error message apparently it was a positioning thing, each report by default is fixed width and height according to how you draw it on the page. Setting the reports to flowing instead of fixed make them dynamic in respect to how much space they consume in the output. If the combined report heights exceed the page height one gets issues with linking the reports by relative positioning. I reduced the default heights of several of the linked reports and I now can add additional. So i guess it was spacing issue. I still get all my data because after one report creates as many rows ads it needs the next report runs in sequence.
IBI documentation is a little thin and I could not find anything on the forum
