I need to configure the webfocus to talk to db2 udb instance on AIX here. The data base is already installed and another person has installed the reporting server on another AIX box. I need to know how will I have webfocus talk to the database. What are the steps other than my configuring the data adapter in webconsole. Are there anything else to be done on the servers?
Hi, For more information on Data Adapter Configuration information for the WebFOCUS Reporting Server, see the iWay Data Adapter Administration for UNIX, Windows, OpenVMS, OS/400, OS/390 and z/OS manual. This information is also accessible in the Server Web Console's help system.
