If you look in the installation guide for your release and platform, there is a section on WebFOCUS configuration where there are diagramns/pictures of possible scenarios. I would suggest that you use one of these as a template and construct your own site-specifice diagram using PowerPoint or Word or Visio to present to the PTBs.
Not that I know of. But since I do not know everything it might very well be possible that there is such a thing is available somewhere. Maybe it helps if you take a look at the system requirements for the various products (Server, WebFocus and DevStudio), they are listed in the respective installation and configuration manuals.
