I am in process of developing a Cgi plug-in to validate the webfocus report request (GET URL request/the query string) before it processed by webfocus reporting server. The reason for validation is to avoid the SQL INJECTION/CSS scripting problem. I need to validate the request for special characters.
I looking for a "C" program to read/parse/validate the query string. Anyone did this before so that i can reuse the code instead of starting from scratch?.
Thanks for your help.

Suggestions from internal techie: this is more of the filter that you will have to build on your own, to intercept calls “before” they reach our product. If you need assistance, please contact our Professional Services division.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Kerry
