Is it possible to add Hyper Links (Drill downs) to text within a heading from within IA?

Such as the following PAGE HEADING:

This Report Was Created on &DATEMtDYY at &TOD <+0>( Export to Excel )

I believe Doug wants to paint this in the InfoAssist UI which I don't see as an available feature.

I'll keep this post open, marked as a NFR, for a while to see if someone can address doing what I need here, or what version / gen it'll be available.
