In a report I want to compare the sales figure of two quarters and display the result as upArrow if current sales is higher and downArrow if sales is less. How to put the uparrow and downarrow image in report against records.

I am new to webFocus please suggest

What is your output? The reason I ask this is becasue displaying images HTML and EXL2K are different then PDF.

Do something like this for HTML and EXL2K:
COMPUTE IMAGE/A20 = IF SALES LE 5000 THEN '<img src="down.jpg">' ELSE '<img src="up.jpg">';

Image in the body of a report in PDF cannot be done. The only way I've seen this done before was by using a wingding font.

I don't know how to work with symbols (e.g. wingding) in a PDF. can someone explain it to me ;-)
i would like to do someting like:

				IF UNTERDECKUNG LT UNTERDECKUNG_M THEN '^' ELSE
				IF UNTERDECKUNG GT UNTERDECKUNG_M THEN 'v' ELSE 'o';

and instead of "=", "v" ... i would like wingding symbols...

i used the font "symbol" instead of wingdings. PDF didn't like that font ;-)
