Individual user is having an issue running a report with an HTML layout painter page. When they submit report the parameters on the page simply reset and nothing happens. They can run other fex's. I can run same HTML page on my machine with same version of IE7. Sounds like a setting on their machine but I have no idea what where to begin.

Do they have a pop up blocker on. Another issue can occur for the browser if they don't have a download such as excel allowed, is there a messge across the top anywhere? Just helped someone with that issue today for an excel sheet.

Not an issue with PU blocker or excel downloads.They are able to run other fex's that bring back into excel. Only difference I see is that this is and appliction done in HTML layout painter. Other apps they run were done in Report painter.

I'd compare your internet settings with theirs.
