So far, everything I've read about the BID Upload Data File feature tells me that the file created will be a .txt file.
There is some info about making sure your data doesn't contain certain special characters and that all cells in a column must be the same format but there is nothing about file size limitations or performance considerations.

Do any of you have any tips on number of rows, size of the .txt file, or any other experiential knowledge to share?

Is it possible to create any other file format (i.e. FOCUS)?

From memory, I think that it only creates flat files, but may not be limited.

If its an excel file,there are obvious limits on the number of rows, but other, may be open.
