We recently did a OS upgrade and re-loaded our existing WF version. The problem is now when Im working on Appstudio and trying to open or run reports, I keep getting the below. It is as if I am being signed out all the time. I then have to first save the procedure which seems to sign me in again, and then run the report. I have tried to chnage my enviroment settings on Connection time-out + Login timeout from 1 to 28800, and still getting the same thing. After some time (maybe 15 mins) of not using App-studio, it gives me the same page to log-onto my portal in the internal viewer screen.
If you haven't already you need to open a case with techsupport. I researched this error and have not run across anything to suggest. They will want you to run Fiddler traces to see what is happening with your session ID's.
Thank you for using Focal Point!

For us, we were having this issue a lot until we upgraded to 8204M. The cause was user session not getting cleared. If you go to Admin Console > Diagnostics > Session Monitor, you will be able to see all of the sessions. The only way to clear them is to restart TomCat.
