How to reduce the space between Across Data in PDF format?
Ex: TABLE FILE GGSALES SUM DOLLARS BY REGION ACROSS PRODUCT ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT PDF ON TABLE SET STYLE * TYPE=REPORT,GRID=OFF,FONT='ARIAL',SIZE=9,STYLE=BOLD,SQUEEZE=ON,$ TYPE=TITLE,STYLE=-UNDERLINE+BOLD,BACKCOLOR=BLUE,COLOR=WHITE,$ TYPE=ACROSSVALUE,ACROSS=PRODUCT,BACKCOLOR=SILVER,COLOR=MAROON,$ TYPE=DATA,COLUMN=P1,BACKCOLOR=GREEN,COLOR=WHITE,STYLE=BOLD,$ ENDSTYLE END -EXIT
If you run the above code, you can see the space between data. I want to specify the column number for those data as how we do for regular Tables (without ACROSS)? Right now the data exceeds the first page and the report shows in second page also.
Any suggestions,
Thanks

I think you want to reduce the gap between the columns with LEFTGAP and RIGHTGAP. In an edited version of your example, changing LEFTGAP and RIGHTGAP doesn't seem to make much difference:
TABLE FILE GGSALES
SUM
DOLLARS/D8/R
BY REGION
ACROSS PRODUCT
ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT PDF
ON TABLE SET STYLE *
TYPE=REPORT, GRID=OFF, FONT='ARIAL', SIZE=9, STYLE=BOLD, SQUEEZE=ON, $
TYPE=REPORT, LEFTGAP=0.02, RIGHTGAP=0.02, $
TYPE=TITLE, STYLE=-UNDERLINE+BOLD, BACKCOLOR=BLUE, COLOR=WHITE,$
TYPE=ACROSSVALUE, ACROSS=PRODUCT, BACKCOLOR=SILVER, COLOR=MAROON,$
TYPE=DATA, COLUMN=P1, BACKCOLOR=GREEN, COLOR=WHITE, STYLE=BOLD,$
ENDSTYLE
END
