We have the following scenario we would like to address... a user runs a papameterized report and selects EXCEL output. The report runs successfully and the user is presented with the "File Download" dialog box to OPEN, SAVE or CANCEL. If the user OPENs immediately they are presented with the Excel formatted report(all is good). If the user for some reason or the other gets distracted etc. and does not OPEN the report immediately and a span of two minutes or greater passes the report does not open(no data is presented) and the report evaporates into thin air.
Question: Is there a setting or something where we can extend this time to allow the report to be available for a span greater than two minutes?????
Thanks in advance,
-Bob

Thanks for the response, we do have the _TempFileTimeout set at 900 and I also checked the Expire_Reports setting and this is set at 300. I'll keep searching.
Thanks again.
