We have three guided ad-hoc reports that all run without error, but two of the reports will not work in the ReportCaster schedule tool.
Although all required information is entered on the screen, we still get a message that says: "Please enter valid information in all required fields."
Is there anywhere that we can look to see exactly what is causing this issue on two of the three reports? This message has been edited. Last edited by: Kerry,
If you have not done so, please contact Customer Support Services and open a case for assistance, so that we can take a detailed look at your environment to find out what is actually happening. To open a case, please call at 1-800-736-6130, or access online at InfoResponse.
Cheers,
Kerry

Yes- it turned out to be a code issue. The report ran fine, but we couldn't schedule it. We had to use DEFAULTH for the default values in our report. It worked after that.
