Has anyone found the need to have the Run in a new window populated by default with a check box? We are getting feedback from our end users, that since there is no indication that you actually have hit "Run" that they are a lot of times clicking it a second time, just to be certain. This ends up bogging down our agents and I thought it would be much easier to be able to set the check box as marked, at a default level in the Admin Console or something like that. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! This message has been edited. Last edited by: LarissaB,

Waz, I wrote this up too soon! I found the following solution; Log into the Administration Console/Client Settings/Parameter Prompting/WF_describe_html and set that to autoprompt_top_checked.html. This will open up the parameter window with the "run in new window" box already checked. I believe the default is autoprompt_top.html, which leaves the box unchecked. I just ran the update on our test system and it seemed to do the trick!

No problem. I had that same issue when I first started. What you do is go to your original post in this thread and choose to edit it using that little folder and pen icon in the bottom right corner thereof. That will let you edit your subject line adding in the status of your post.
Hope this makes sense and helps.
And welcome to the forums!
8.2.02M (production), 8.2.02M (test), Windows 10, all outputs.
