I've done a lot of searching and reading and I think I know the answer, but since I know I'm not always right I'm going to ask the questions. Wink Thanks for bearing with me.

Is there a way to make WebFOCUS generate an Excel SUBTOTAL (not SUM) function when saving as EXL2K FORMULAS format?

I have been trying to make WebFOCUS generate an Excel SUBTOTAL (SUBTOTAL(9,RANGE)). My solution, so far is to use Excel's search and replace. I set search to look for formulas, search for '=sum(' and replace with '=subtotal(9,'

Hi Laure,

Instead of using FORMULA, can you please try using TEMPLATE?

Hope this helps. Smiler

Kerry
