We have a custom login page that we developed some time back for an external user set accessing our reporting environment, by creating a custom JSP and modifying bid_config.xml and other files to redirect to it properly for error (bad login) and logoff. Worked great, no problems.

Now we have a second group of external users that we need to present a different view to. The problem is that we are hosting this reporting interface for a client and we want these users to come in through a login experience branded against that client.

Is it possible to create a second login JSP and have specialized error and logoff paths that direct back to it? Something along the lines of user set #1 sees LOGIN_1.JSP at login and after logoff, but user set #2 sees LOGIN_2.JSP.

Depending upon the answer to the above question, a related question would be is it possible to bring different users in through a different Authentication/Authorization process on a single reporting client environment? Legacy users setup and authenticate against internal MR Admin, but new user set is authenticated against LDAP?

Use the Virtual server capabilities of tomcat and have each group use a different address.
(Remember a limitless number of HTTP/Application servers can access the same WebFocus configuration).
If you use the host-header functionality you can then decide who gets what, by customising site.wfs.

On second thoughts you might want to check any potential license issue with your IBI rep.
