Hello, I just passing to production enviroment a html that call a new html through a request embedded; the last html has a report and a chart, but just the report appears (no chart) when the first html is executed and this call the second one. Somebody knows what can happen?
Thanks a lot for your help. This message has been edited. Last edited by: FP Mod Chuck,
As there is little information to target where to look, I would suggest checking for javascript errors on the browser [F12 in most browsers to get to the console] and also check for FOCUS errors in the run [View Source, look for (FOC..., don't forget to turn on echoing with -SET &ECHO=ON or ALL ;]
Thanks for your answers. I only pass to production enviroment one html because the request is embedded. I did not do changes on the master file neither.
Waz... the console does not show errors. I'm new with web focus and i don´t know how making what you say at the end.
When i run the report connected to production enviroment from appStudio it runs perfect, i can see the chart and the report on the html but not when i executed it from the portal.
Waz, Just a question... Worth it doing a debug if as i said when i run the html from app studio connected to production enviroment the html works fine? The problem is when the html runs from the portal.
The first time when i open the html from app studio connected to production enviroment showed the error IBFSEXCEPTION 1212, but not anymore.
