I have scheduled a job in ReportCaster. The output is burst into separate reports and distributed to the Report Library. I have created an access list with two other users (one is a MR administrator and the other a user); however, neither one of them can see the domain when they try to access the reports from the dashboard view…only I can. Even when I check the option to send them the email link, they get an error message saying sorry the reports can be viewed. They both have been assigned the domain through Managed Reporting Administration.
Has anyone else run into this problem? If so, how did you resolve it? Any feedback is welcomed and appreciated.
Thanks in advance...

If not, can you please verify what security setting you are currently using with Managed Reporting?
This one looks more like a configuration problem, so the best channel for asssitance would be Information Builders' Customer Support Services, as we may need to take a deeper look at your current configurations as well as the security setting to better understand the problem. You may either call at 1-800-736-6130, or access online at InfoResponse. Here is a list of information to be ready when you call: http://techsupport.ibi.com/before_you_call.jsp.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Kerry
