Hi Focal Pointers,

Information Builders is pleased to announce that Chuck Wolff is now one of our Focal Point Moderators. Chuck has recently retired from his full-time position with IBI as a technical specialist for the West Area. He worked for IBI for 24 years, primarily in a post-sales role installing and supporting WebFOCUS and iWay software. In this role, he has seen WebFOCUS evolve from the initial releases to the robust product it is today. Chuck is now with us again to help moderate Focal Point and looks forward to continue to help customers with their questions.

Tamra Colangelo will continue to moderate Focal Point with Chuck. Tamra has been an instructor with Education and a consultant with Professional Services. Several years ago, she joined the Customer Support team.

We're excited to have Chuck rejoin our team as a Focal Point moderator!

I will continue to manage Focal Point as always. Smiler
