I have started having a strange error occur in Data Migrator and I haven't had much luck finding information yet. The issue is in a few process that loads from either a flat file or DB2 table to another DB2 table. The log shows the following:
Request - client/023_client_load_shipments submitted. client_facts type DB2 Existing target. Issuing PREPARE Finished Elapsed run time 0:00:09 ----End of Log Record for client/023_client_load_shipments----
Any insight to this is appreciated. I have, and still am, searching but not coming up with much to troubleshoot this. I understand that it is issuing PREPARE but then never actually carries out any sort of load, which is the cause of the error. There's no maintenance going on at the time this process executes that would affect the DB2 tables either. Aside from that though I haven't had much luck yet. This message has been edited. It looks like one of your coworkers has opened a case for this issue. While we wait to see if another customer can help with this issue, please keep us posted on the final solution from your case. Thank you in advance for sharing with all.
I would check the MFDs and make sure they are correct. I remember seeing this error message when the MFD syntax is not correct for going against a DB2 table.
Hope this helps. Rhonda
