lakshmi, I'm sorry my suggestion does not, of course, answer your requirement. I think you'll have to browse around the Graphing API manual, but I'm not sure if you can alter what is displayed in a tooltip.

puts an HTML non-breaking space (blank) instead of the column name and the tool-tip just displays the values and not the column names.
