I am able to get 'Cost Information' and 'Size Related Information' in the above format (using OVER etc).
But the challenge is the 'Other Detail' section as this comes from colum data (please note 'QUESTION and ANSWER' fields in the sample table structure above.
Also refer case no. 70492513 on IBI tech Support.
Can anyone help me with this?

Hi Waz, Thanks for the response. I waited for a long time for one!. Actually I put the columns in Subhead and tried 'OVER'. But i am unable to get the above format. The problem with this is that QUEST and ANS are columns and everything else is row data. So OVER is not giving the right output. The 'Other Details' Section is giving me problems.
Waz is correct. Use SUBHEAD and ignore OVER, unnecessary.
Something like this may work:
TABLE FILE fn
PRINT QUESTION AS ''
ANSWER AS ''
BY COUNTRY NOPRINT
BY CAR NOPRINT
BY COST NOPRINT
BY LENGTH NOPRINT
BY QUESTION NOPRINT
ON LENGTH SUBHEAD
" "
" Country : <COUNTRY"
" Car : <CAR"
" Cost Information"
" Cost : <COST"
"Size Related Information "
"Length : <LENGTH"
"Other Detail"

Frank, I can hold the data in one field. How can I go about it after that. Alan, This is very close to what I want. But the formatting is a challenge here. How do I get a grid in the Subhead? or do I have to manipulate?
