Hi, We are using Webfocus 7.6.4 version to generate reports. I need info on how Webfocus client handles the request when it doesnt find a free agent in the server to handle the request. We are not receiving any error message from the Webfocus client in this scenario. Is there any re-try logic present in Webfocus client to handle this situation? If yes, what is the re-try interval, maximum number of attempts/ maximum waiting time and where can it be configured?
Check out the Server Administration manual for Unix and Windows. Look for the topic regarding queuing, queue length, etc. Or you can increase the number of max agents if you are running out. Everything you need should be in that manual or in the help sections of the web console for the reporting server.
