This expresses departmental charges as % of the grand total.

I want to add DEPT_LOCATION (DEPT_LOCATIONs make up DEPTs)as well as a subtotal for DEPT and have the chgs for the DEPT_LOCATIONs expressed as a % of the total for the Dept...
