We are using Compound PDF, and if the number of records on a page is the on the last line of a page with a subfoot then a page-break occurs and the next is page is blank (Contains no data).

I'm a big fan of PRINTPLUS=ON during PDF creation. It fixes a multitude of sins. I'm not positive this is one, but it wouldn't hurt to try it.

Try adjusting BOTTOM MARGIN, it might help sometimes.

Strange it looks like setting PRINTPLUS=OFF, solves the problem. I thought PRINTPLUS improves printing options, but in this case it caused the problem.
