[CLOSED] Is there an API for managing the MR repository
Does IBI have an API for managing CRUD operations for files stored in the repository? For instance, programmatically creating, reading, updating, and deleting files stored in the repository.

Unfortunately there isn't. Neither is there a publicly available data dictionary to make sense of the repository tables.

If you open a case with their tech support you could suggest this as a new feature. They're usually receptive to features when enough people ask for them.

The best you will find are the RESTful Web services available.

Thanks. This looked very promising at first. However, the services only allow you to create, read, and delete reports. I don't see the ability to update reports. In addition to that, it appears you can only manage "fex" files, and not other files such as "html", "css", "jpg", etc. Maybe I'm missing something.

I can only suggest asking techsupport to see if they know how.
