I am displaying last years monthly data on a line and this years monthly data on a line. I run two queries to get this data and MORE the files together. Charting last years data is not a problem but when displaying this years data I only have data up to a certain month. Since it's Dec I only have Jan-Nov data to chart. The MORE'd file does not have a line for current year Dec data. This makes the current year line for Dec chart to 0. I do not want any 0 values charted, I just want that line to end. I have tried the examples at Displaying Missing Data Values in a Graph but I cannot get the result I desire. Any advice will be appreciated.

Please make your data field nullable. If you will do a table file request on this you will get the 0 for dec not missing(null) thats why it is showing 0 in your graph. Try like this to make missing field
TABLE FILE CAR
SUM
COMPUTE A/I9 MISSING ON = IF CAR EQ 'BMW' THEN MISSING ELSE SALES;
BY CAR
END
