I have a WebQuery compound pdf report that ran fine prior to a recent upgrade to 2.2.1. It runs good now and still looks great until I save it. Once it is saved it opens with an error, the Table of Contents is missing and the watermark (opacity image) is missing. The pdf is no longer modifiable after saving due to the errors on opening.

The error turned out to be with a watermark/opacity image
