Where would code migration utility backup dashboard group views to?

Hi there,
We are migrating code from WebFOCUS 5.3.2 to 7.6.6 and something has affected our Dev dashboard.
I looked at the /u03/misadmin/ibi/dev/ibi/WebFOCUS53/worp/bid-init.log and it says it cannot parse the /u03/misadmin/ibi/dev/ibi/WebFOCUS53/worp/conf/mpv.xml file. However, when I use the backup file in there it brings up dashboard but it is a template now where you have to start from scratch! I then edited the previous xml file and added the tags , , because they were missing but no luck. The messages at the end of the bid-init.log are these:

Can anyone help me to locate the cause of the error? Thanks.
