Hi, We have migrated to WF 8.1.04. I am not able to open a report in Infoassist. When I try to open a report in infoassist, a window for infoassist opens and remains blank. Nothing appears. I checked the event log and edaprint logs but received no error.
Also when I try to open the report in Mozila browser the report opens fine.
Please suggest if I need to make any specific setting change in order to enable the report in IE. We are using IE 11 in compatibility mode.
