Hello -

I'm running into problems getting Managed Reporting reports to render and run cleanly on various Mac computers. In particular, the embedded prompts aren't allocated sufficient screen space forcing users to scroll to see different prompts.

The reports, developed using Developer Studio, run fine on PCs in either Firefox or IE.

Popups are not blocked. I have tried both Safari and Firefox. I have tried various java settings.

I would appreciate any and all suggestions as to browsers and configurations that enable MR to run cleanly in a Mac environment.

Thanks

I gave a quick try with Safari and Firefox on my Mac at home pointing to the 5.3.2 MRE environment on my PC laptop. I logged in as Admin and got the Domains page and the User Administration page. On the Domains page, the iframe scroll bar does not display. I have this issue even on the PC and IE because I am using Sun Java instead of Microsoft VM. Navigation in the Domain window seemed a little slow but it appeard to work.

I didn't actually run a report. I will try this evening to run a report with a form.

I think that Safari, and to a lesser degree Firefox, are expecting properly constructed web pages and we're used to coding crappy ones for very forgiving IE.
