In App Studio 8.105. I open a folder in the content area, delete an item (fex or htm file), close app studio, re-open app studio and the file is back. No indication that it had any trouble deleting it, and it stays gone until I leave and return into App Studio.

Production: WF 7.7.05M, Dev Studio, BID, MRE, WebSphere, DB2 / Test: WF 8.1.05M, App Studio, BI Portal, Report Caster, jQuery, HighCharts, Apache Tomcat, MS SQL Server
For example, if you make a change to a fex and refresh the Portal, your changes don't take effect. We include "Dump" steps after each section to validate data and we comment/uncomment to view data.
What we found is if you clear the cache from the Admin Console it works and your changes show right away.
Must be some sort of caching issue. It doesn't happen too often, but at least once a day.
