Is it possible to customize shape of a legend marker? Can I change a default marker shape irrespective of the chart type I select?

Hi Martin,
I could not find any information on customizing the shape of a legend marker, I can customize the shape of the a series marker not sure about legend marker. Am I missing something?

Series & legend markers should match. If you have a series marker as a circle its legend marker is the circle. So by changing the series it will change the legend accordingly.
Is that you want to have different series and legend markers ? If so I don't even know if possible and personally I won't go that way. Having markers that not match between series and their legend will make the "reading" of the graph very difficult.

Yes, I wanted a different series and legend markers. But, You’ve got a point there. Thanks for your input.
