Hi, I have a question on deployment. I have a database from which i have to report. There are 30000 records and max 30 concurrent users. There are a total of around 50 graphs and reports. Now the point here is that I am allowed only one call to the database from WF wherein i need to retrieve all the records and then display the reports. The graphs/reports are displayed on different links in the application. How do i do this? I cant store them in pysical hold files naming them along with any session id since the space consumed is too huge.....any idea how this can be done?
I did some search on this one and to my understanding, this should be the type of questions/problems to be either solved by a case with Information Builders' Customer Support Services, or you may want to consider contact our local branch for assistance (consulting, system engineers, etc), where the local branch can work through the way you would like to have.
If opening a new case is more preferred, the phone number for Inforation Builders' Customer Support Services is 1-800-736-6130, or you may access the online system InfoResponse at any time. Please be ready to provide the following info when you call: http://techsupport.ibi.com/before_you_call.jsp.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Kerry
