When I look into the Application Path configuration, most of the folders have 'app root' behind their name in the column 'Type'. But in my case, there are also two having 'inherited map'. Would anyone know what this is and where I could find this?

Inherited Map indicates these APP Folders were first created in the parent edasprof profile by mapping it to some physical path in the drive and then inherited into your current profile in the same name as in the parent profile.
Welcome to Focal Point... An old timer like you can learn new tricks here.. I'm glad to see you are still active with WebFOCUS!
Usually the APP MAP commands are in the server profile (edasprof.prf) or they could be in the fex that is defined for the _site_profile if that is in use.
Thank you for using Focal Point!
