I was unable to locate much about it either but it 's not related to WebFOCUS. It appears to be a javascript file that is associated with a company that provides marketers with information. Yuk!

In any event the script either has some bad code in it or something within it is conflicting with your code from a framework. Are you using JQuery or some other framework? You may need to make some changes or dump the facdn.com code.
