As of December 1, 2020, Focal Point is retired and repurposed as a reference repository. We value the wealth of knowledge that's been shared here over the years. You'll continue to have access to this treasure trove of knowledge, for search purposes only.
Join the TIBCO Community TIBCO Community is a collaborative space for users to share knowledge and support one another in making the best use of TIBCO products and services. There are several TIBCO WebFOCUS resources in the community.
From the Home page, select Predict: WebFOCUS to view articles, questions, and trending articles.
Select Products from the top navigation bar, scroll, and then select the TIBCO WebFOCUS product page to view product overview, articles, and discussions.
Request access to the private WebFOCUS User Group (login required) to network with fellow members.
Former myibi community members should have received an email on 8/3/22 to activate their user accounts to join the community. Check your Spam folder for the email. I'm encouraging all members to update your signatures (via the "Profile" link) to indicate the WebFOCUS versions you're currently using and testing. Please try to include the product, platform, production, and testing, etc. A good model will be as following (thanks a lot for Mickey's suggestion a while ago ):
1) What version of WebFOCUS are you using? 2) What platform are you on? 3) What output format(s) are you trying to create?
The goal here is to increase the rate at which solutions are provided, since the signature line is an easy place to glance at when reading and replying to other posts. Of course, please keep your existing signatures -- it would be great if you could just add this small bit of information.
To those who had an upgrade or switch to anothe platform -- please also update your signature to reflect the changes and show the most recent information, such as product, platform, production, testing, etc.
Another quick reminder is, when the person who created the original topic receives an answer/solution, please kindly thank the person who supplied it (or acknowledge that the issue has been resolved).
Thanks to everyone and let me know if you have any other suggestions, comments, questions, feedback.
Cheers,

I see that you put all the release information in different field, which is very detailed. But can you please do us a favor: go to your Profile page, then click on View/Edit Complete Profile on the top right, next to Date Registered. When the complete profile comes up, scroll down a little bit to the Signature field, where you can put in all your release information. The signature is automatically attached to your post by default, so others will not have to check your public profile to see all the release information.
Hope this helps and please let me know if you have questions.
Cheers,
Kerry
