Hi,

I need to open a new HTML window from PDF Layout Painter. I have tried , but it is all opening in the same window.
The link from PDF layout painter should take me to a new HTML window.
Please suggest.

I haven't tried this but could you use the TARGET parameter?

When you say from "PDF Layout Painter", do you really mean from the tool or do you mean from a PDF document crafted using the tool?

If, as I suspect, it is the latter then the answer is that you can't (to my knowledge) owing to the fact that the Adobe plug-in does not have that functionality.
