I am trying to move the position of a frame using javascript when clicking on a button.I am using wf8. Below is an example of the code I tried to use. MainFrame is the name of the frame I am trying to move. Do I need to refresh screen after entering the command?
//Begin function button9_onclick function button9_onclick(ctrl) { // TODO: Add your event handler code here OnExecute(ctrl);MainFrame.Left=300 } //End function button9_onclickThis message has been edited. Last edited by: Jay Potter,

MainFrame.Left doesn't mean anything. You probably want to do this instead:
var mf = document.getElementById('MainFrame');
if (mf !== null) {
mf.style.left = "300px";
}
This assumes that you explicitly set the position of the frame to either relative or absolute. If you don't know how to do that, you really need to read up about CSS and Javascript.
I advise to have a look at the JQuery javascript library as well, it probably contains better ways to do what you're attempting with the above.
