Hello,
I want help in one report.

I want to see list of top n number of customers using parameter.e.g list of top 10 or 20 or 30 customers the customers should be selected using drop down. How can we do this. Can anyone help.

If your parameter is &TOP:

your code would look something like:

BY HIGHEST &TOP whateverfield

Hi,

Try the following examples, they should work. Notice the difference between PRINT/BY HIGHEST n and SUM/BY HIGHEST n TOTAL. How to use these depends on the data, the reporting-needs etc, of course.

TABLE FILE CAR
PRINT SALES
BY HIGHEST 3 SALES NOPRINT

Top 3 sales, summed-level.
